I am a sparerib. I used to be made in a basement, but that is no longer true. And although I am bathed in the most amazing syrup-based sauce, I am not as tender as I could be. My best friend is a potato filled with amazing garlicky butter. Despite not being able to bring others to flavortown without the help of my sauce-bath and potato friend, I am a good rib.

The interior of this place looks very nice and their ribs are solid. However they are a bit chewy at times and I'd have preferred them to fall of the bone a bit more. The sides here are super nice. Their potato with garlic is simply amazing!

Visiting a spare rib restaurant as a vegetarian can be challenging but manageable with some preparation. These establishments typically focus on meat-heavy dishes, but many offer sides like salads, coleslaw, baked beans, and corn on the cob, which can be modified to be vegetarian-friendly. Checking the menu online or calling ahead to inquire about vegetarian options can enhance the experience. While the ambiance may heavily feature the scent of grilling meat, the social aspect of dining with friends or family can still make it enjoyable. Overall, with flexibility and a positive attitude, a vegetarian can have a pleasant experience at a spare rib restaurant.
